Besides a new standard oven (available in 10 -, 12 - and 13-inch sizes), KitchenAid is the introduction of a convection model (12 - and 13-inch sizes) and a third with two convection and steam-assisted cooking (in a size 13-inch only). Steam model also includes digital controls, cooking time and a pizza stone pre-programmed 13 inches. Pans in the dishwasher, a cooking temperature of 450 degrees, the functions of heating and 120-minute timer add to the functionality of large appliances.
